🛠️ How to connect your Shopify store to Copyfy?

Connecting your Shopify store to Copyfy is quick and easy:

1. Click on the settings gear at the top of the page
2. Select "Connect your Shopify"

✅ Step 1 – Retrieve your domain name

1. In your Shopify admin, click on Settings.
2. Go to the Domains section.
3. Copy your domain myshopify.com.
4. Paste your domain myshopify.com into the tab provided for the connection.

✅ Step 2 – Open your Shopify Admin and create a custom app

1.1 Go to your Shopify admin interface

1.2. Go to your settings at the bottom, then go to the “Applications and sales channels” tab, then click on “Develop applications.”

1.3 Click on Create an application in the top right corner.

🔒 If the button does not appear: First click on Allow custom application development, then confirm.

1.4 Give the application a name, for example Copyfy, then click Create application.

✅ Step 3 – Configuring Admin API access

In “Configure Admin API access levels”, check only the following permissions:

Check:

• ☑️ write_products
• ☑️ read_products
• ☑️ write_themes
• ☑️ read_themes
• ☑️ read_locales
• ☑️ write_script_tags
• ☑️ read_script_tags

Do not check:

❌ read_product_listings

❌ write_product_listings

✅ Step 4 – Retrieving the access token

1. Go to the Copyfy app you created.
2. Click on API Credentials.
3. Click on Install App, then again on Install.
4. Click Reveal token once to display the Access token.

This token can only be copied once.

Write it down immediately in a safe place.

Otherwise, you will have to delete and recreate the app to get a new one.

1. Paste the Access token into Copyfy
2. Click on “Link store”
