How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time and we won't charge you for subsequent months.
Once you're logged in to Copyfy, click on your first name at bottom left, then on the settings tab.
Then go to the “Manage subscription” tab, and click on the “Cancel my subscription” button on the right.
Follow all the steps to the end, otherwise it won't work.
The end date of your subscription will appear once the cancellation has been confirmed.
If you have an ad blocker, remember to deactivate it or allow the page to run while you cancel 😊
If you have a problem, simply contact us by chat or email at contact@copyfy.io at least 12 hours before the renewal date or during our customer service opening hours (Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm).
Any month started is due.
Refunds are not permitted under our support policy.
