How can I move to a higher plane (or downgrade)?

When you upgrade, you can take advantage of more advanced features and larger monthly quotas, designed to help you grow your business.

⚠️ The new plan will be applied to you immediately, but your billing date will remain unchanged.

If you change to a higher plan in the middle of your billing cycle, you will be charged the difference between the old plan and the new plan.

For example, if you are on a €49.99 monthly plan and are billed on the 5th of the month, then switch to a €69.99 plan on the 15th of the month, a payment of €20 will be made immediately and you will instantly benefit from the new plan.



If you downgrade, the new plan will take effect immediately, but the difference in price will be deducted automatically from your next bill in the form of a credit note.

For example, if you're on a €69.99 monthly plan and you're billed on the 5th of the month, then you switch to a €49.99 plan on the 15th of the month, a €20 credit note will be deducted on the 5th of the following month from your new bill to cover the pro rata difference.
