How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel your subscription at any time and we won't charge you for subsequent months.

Once you're logged in to Copyfy, click on your first name at bottom left, then on the settings tab.

Then go to the “Manage subscription” tab, and click on the “Cancel my subscription” button on the right.

Follow all the steps to the end, otherwise it won't work.

The end date of your subscription will appear once the cancellation has been confirmed.

If you have an ad blocker, remember to deactivate it or allow the page to run while you cancel 😊

If you have a problem, simply contact us by chat or email at contact@copyfy.io at least 12 hours before the renewal date or during our customer service opening hours (Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm).

Any month started is due.

Refunds are not permitted under our support policy.

This offer allows you to discover the platform by analyzing 2 stores in the “store analysis” tab, and you'll be able to download a product sheet, view sample product sheets, export theme information and also see a sample theme to see how it works. You also have access to a few examples in the Top Products, Top Shops and Top Advertising sections.

Why is the trial limited?

We're working hard to ensure that Copyfy lives up to your expectations and makes it as easy as possible for you to launch your own shop!

When everything is free and available, the customer is less involved.

By limiting your access, we know that the day you subscribe and pay for your plan you'll make it pay by making full use of all the features and getting involved in the process, which will increase your success rate exponentially! 💫

Can I try Copyfy for free?

You can take advantage of 5 days to test the application and discover our platform. Please note that the information you'll have access to will be limited.

If you want to unlock all the options, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

After the 5-day trial period, you will no longer have access to any information.

Click on start my trial, you'll need to create an account with just your email and password, then you'll need to validate your account on your email and then you'll have access to the 5 days 😉

For the trial there is no payment and we don't ask for a credit card 😊

📑 Product sheet export

On this page you can export the product sheets you are interested in.

2 choices:

You wish to export all the products of a site (please note that the number is limited to 250 products). In this case, you will download all products in the original language.
Or you'd like to export a specific product sheet, in which case you can choose from the ten or so languages available.

Then click on export.

Once the update is complete, click on "Complete file" to download the entire file, or "Images" if you only want the images.

To insert your product sheet(s), simply go to the "Products" tab in your Shopify. In the top right-hand corner, there's an "Import" button. Click on it, then drag and drop the csv file into the window and validate (make sure you retrieve the csv file from your folder, not from the download bar!) Your product sheet has been added!

This page will save you an enormous amount of time, as you'll be able to put your products online very easily and with a ready-made layout!

Manage my subscription

You can view your subscription details in your Copyfy account. It's very simple: Log in to Copyfy.

In the "Settings" tab, you can view your account information such as: email, the payment method you use, and your renewal date.

This is also where you can change your password, add or change your payment method and cancel your subscription.
